Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data analytics, with 5+ years hands-on experience in Shopify and Salesforce reporting.
- Deep understanding of eCommerce and omnichannel retail, including direct, affiliate, and wholesale sales models.
- Expert-level skills in Domo (required); familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus.
- Fluent in Power Query, and experienced in transforming complex datasets into clean, scalable reports.
- Strong knowledge of subscription platforms (Ordergroove, Recharge, or Prive) and the analytics that power recurring revenue.
- Proven ability to lead teams, present to executive stakeholders, and guide cross-functional collaboration.
- Hands-on experience working with data lakes, warehouses, and advanced validation practices.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills — you make data make sense.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development of dynamic dashboards and executive-ready reporting across Domo (required), with Power BI or Tableau as a bonus.
- Own the full analytics engine behind eCommerce, retail, and external sales performance — pulling data from Shopify, Salesforce, and subscription tools like Ordergroove, Recharge, and Prive.
- Create and manage core reporting frameworks for Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs), Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Present key insights to leadership across product sale rate, inventory velocity, subscription take rate, and cross-channel performance.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing analytics team, fostering growth, accuracy, and storytelling.
- Build robust reporting pipelines using Power Query, enabling fast, scalable, and self-serve analytics across teams.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Finance to align on KPIs and unlock growth opportunities.
- Integrate with data lakes/warehouses, maintain data hygiene, and validate sources for accuracy and consistency.
- Drive data strategy as the company expands internationally and through wholesale, retail, and direct-to-consumer channels.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Power BI and/or Tableau is a plus.
