Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field required.
  • Four (4) years of experience extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources into a single repository, including implementing data storage solutions required.
  • Experience designing and developing dashboards and visual reports that provide meaningful insights about performance, predictions and KPIs required.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

  • Acquires, integrates, cleans, transforms, and analyzes vast amounts of raw data from various systems and internal and external datasets to identify opportunities, trends, issues, and insights that support workforce decision making.
  • Identifies opportunities for process automation. Tests and documents process and procedures.
  • Builds and maintains data pipelines from Workday or other data sources into Prism Analytics.
  • Facilitates self-service analytics through a working knowledge of systems architecture, data engineering needs, machine learning, and the development of effective visualization.
  • Creates reports to analyze workforce data and identify significant differences, relationships, root causes, and trends.
  • Develops and maintains dashboards using various tools such as Microsoft Power BI/Tableau and Workday Discovery Boards.
  • Collaborates with internal stakeholders (IT, HR, etc.) on the development and implementation of new systems and enhancements of existing systems.
  • Develops and analyzes custom and hoc reports and dashboards to support Senior Leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Identifies key insights by identifying and interpreting the most relevant trends, patterns, and implications from data.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Three (3) or more years of experience with AI/ML concepts and algorithms, highly preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of applied statistics, highly preferred.
  • Experience leading multiple data science projects ensuring alignment with business goals, highly preferred.
  • Working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, highly preferred.
