Requirements
- Bachelor’s and preferably Master’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in organizational design, work redesign, or talent management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience leading large-scale organizational transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of workforce trends, job augmentation, and AI integration into work redesign.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the strategic redesign of roles and organizational structures to meet evolving business needs.
- Oversee job augmentation and work redesign efforts across the organization, ensuring alignment with future business goals and objectives.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define key roles, responsibilities, and work processes for the future of work.
- Foster collaboration across departments to reimagine job design and organizational structures that maximize efficiency and drive innovation.
- Lead efforts to integrate new technologies and AI-driven tools into job redesign processes.
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation by promoting a culture of continuous improvement and agility in work design.
- Develop and implement frameworks for job redesign and augmentation that support scalability and growth.
