Requirements
- Strong background in insurance, particularly in Workers Compensation insurance
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter
- Proactive individual eager to take on new challenges
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teams
Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand and document business requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate business needs
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for business processes, systems, and workflows
- Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly
- Assist in the design and implementation of Premium Audit and Billing functionalities
- Provide support and training for end-users on new systems and processes
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 or more years of related experience
- General insurance industry knowledge
- Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or BillingCenter systems
- Familiarity with Premium Audit and Billing functionalities
- Utilize data analysis tools to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Collaborate with partners to enhance and integrate additional functionalities into Core systems
