Requirements

• Understanding of E-Commerce platforms.
• Platform configuration and optimization.
• Technical troubleshooting.
• Strong writing, proofreading, and editorial skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• High School Diploma/GED
• 2 years of progressive work experience in retail including one-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise listers, shippers, and photographers to ensure a productive work environment.
• Oversee the quality of goods listed on website and ensure timely shipments.
• Manage records and reports, including daily sales and listing totals.
• Maintain positive public image through clean work environment and attractive listings.
• Safeguard merchandise and facility, and ensure security precautions.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints.
• Ensure compliance with Goodwill policies, including loss prevention, HIPAA, and CARF standards.
• Support E-Commerce Operations Manager in personnel actions and employee supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.
• Lead development and execution of e-commerce strategy to drive sales growth.
• Oversee online sales platforms, ensuring accurate listings, competitive pricing, and efficient order fulfillment.
• Manage inventory flow, pricing, and merchandising to optimize revenue.
• Ensure high-quality product listings and photography.
• Analyze sales data and KPIs to inform business decisions.
• Supervise and develop e-commerce team members.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
• Stay up to date on e-commerce trends and best practices to drive innovation and improvement.
