Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing automation experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience working in Adobe Marketo Engage (Marketo) and Salesforce preferred, though other marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, may be considered
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to handle many campaigns/projects simultaneously
- Project management skills (organization, time management, communication, problem-solving)
Responsibilities
- Manage Waystar’s email marketing campaigns in Marketo and execute them flawlessly and on time to targeted audiences
- Lead campaign execution and implementation of lead nurturing, email, ABM, chat, including new logo/customer acquisition, client communications, cross-sell, and upsell
- Work closely with all members of the Marketing team to develop campaigns that contain accurate messaging and branding that are delivered to custom/targeted audiences
- Work cross-functionally with Channel, CRM, Sales and Commercial Operation teams as needed to ensure client and prospect communications are delivered accurately to the right contacts in a timely manner
- Ensure best practices in campaign management are implemented and maintained
- Perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Ensure accuracy of all campaigns by following a robust proofing, testing, and QA process
- Work with an enterprise MarTech stack, including but not limited to, Marketo, GoToWebinar, Drift, Demandbase, Invoca, Salesforce, Litmus, and Bizible (Marketo Measure)
- Partner with The Performance Marketing Team to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance to make recommendations to improve and optimize campaign performance
- Perform continued campaign audits and optimization to ensure the best audience engagement possible, including updating and creating new tracks based on engagement score and lead score
- Manage all email and nurture tracks, including top-, middle- and bottom-of-funnel initiatives to ensure delivery of the right content to the right people at the right time
- Support Waystar’s account-based marketing strategy and ABM campaign initiatives
- Manage the relationship with Waystar’s digital marketing agency, DigitalPi (Merkle), to support campaign efforts, such as tracking and reporting, landing pages, Marketo program builds, database and program hygiene, and work with them to increase the digital marketing team’s efficiency and effectiveness across all channels
- Support Performance Marketing initiatives, such as lead scoring, engagement scoring, segmentation, automation, attribution, reporting, and analytics
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketo certified
- Experience with other tech platforms a plus, but not required: GoToWebinar, Drift, Demandbase, Invoca, Litmus, and Bizible
- High-level of enthusiasm and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, ability to work with little or no oversight while possessing a solution seeking attitude
