Requirements
- Experience and/or knowledge of decentralized, route-based service industries is strongly desired; including National and Regional Marketing experience
- Understanding of budget management and driving business goals
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and drive integration of marketing strategy into operational program and planning
- Knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques and concepts, most importantly lead generation
- Strong technical marketing aptitude to include mobile marketing and social media, with strong business acumen
- Effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential for a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to demonstrate composure and self-confidence in difficult situations
- Proficient in Google suite of software tools
- Strong writing and proofreading skills
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns, meeting timelines, budget, and brand standards
- Plan, create, and manage email & direct mail campaign strategy, including list segmentation, personalization, content creation, design, and execution.
- Build email journeys and drip campaigns based on user profiles and engagement
- Work with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure alignment and effective execution of campaigns
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaigns, including subject lines, content, design, and calls-to-action
- Analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and optimize strategies based on data-driven insights
- Ensure all campaigns meet legal and compliance guidelines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with Category Marketing Teams and field operations management to create brand proposition, product/service promotions, value propositions, messages, and associated marketing strategies.
- Build strong Regional/ District relationships and become a true partner, connecting field and corporate to a single mission.
- Be flexible to support and assume various roles as needed within a small team, always maintaining a partner and customer focus.
