Requirements
- BSN
- Current NYS RN Licensure
- 5-7 years experience
- Expertise with Joint Commission regulations and certification requirements
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal continuity of care for the Oncology Service Line patients and their families through support, coordination, and education of care
- Foster collaboration among physicians and the broader interdisciplinary care team participating in clinical activities
- Manage quality metrics in conjunction with Hospital initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Nursing or related field (if Masters in Nursing, BSN can be preferred)
