Requirements
- Ph.D. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field
- OR M.S. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field with 5+ years of relevant experience
- OR B.S. in Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field with 8+ years of relevant experience
- Hands-on experience with cell-based assays and immunoassays
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize cell-based potency assays and immunoassays for biologics
- Conduct pre-qualification and robustness studies for assay validation
- Transfer assays to internal and external partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support biologics development
- Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records
- Contribute to the preparation of regulatory submissions and technical reports
