Requirements
- Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Visual Art and Design, Human-Computer Interaction, and/or related field of study
- Impressive portfolio of work that showcases how you develop and create best-in-class solutions.
- Experience working in product design and development sprints
- 1-3 years of experience working in a related field
- Proficient in design thinking methodologies, design-sprint collaboration, and translating user-research insights into actionable design decisions
- Growing understanding and application of ADA compliance design principles
- Basic proficiency in design software, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant AI and prototyping tools
- Basic proficiency in tools like Miro, Confluence, Jira, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
- Designing high-impact digital experiences that meet users’ needs while aligning with business goals for leading Fortune 100 companies across diverse industries.
- Synthesize insights and use design thinking methods to create solutions that serve the needs of millions of users worldwide.
- Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and developers to bring concepts to life.
- Translate insights from user interviews, usability testing, and research into impactful design strategies and execution.
- Optimize designs based on user feedback, analytics data, accessibility requirements and usability testing.
- Maintain design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across digital products.
- Translate complex ideas and concepts into compelling, visually engaging designs that maintain brand consistency across all deliverables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Motion graphics and advanced prototyping skills are a plus
