Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Demand Generation ideally at a mix of both mid-size B2B and product-led growth companies.
  • 5+ years of experience leading a global Demand Generation Team, Growth Marketing or Demand Center model.
  • Hands-on experience owning a mix of demand generation channels including email campaigns, paid, digital, SEO and partner marketing.
  • Experience in managing customer lifecycle marketing (post-sale) and implementing effective account-based marketing strategies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster collaboration and alignment with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and executive stakeholders.
  • Expertise in understanding data, telling stories, and executing across channels to create a customer-focused experience.
  • Experience leading a Marketing Operations team with competency for understanding and driving improvement in core MOPS processes, functions, and tools.
  • Proven track record of building, developing, and elevating a high-performing team and creating strong business stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills to track campaigns, scale success and maximize effectiveness.
  • Proven ability to solve problems by applying design thinking, hypothesis development, and testing frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Develop an integrated demand generation and lifecycle engagement strategy and vision for the demand generation organization. Your goal is to drive impact by delivering new GWP (gross written premium) and security revenue through the innovative use of existing and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of digital, growth, lifecycle, and marketing operations pros, fostering a culture of continuous learning, mentorship, and career development.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leaders and sales operations to align marketing efforts with new business and revenue goals, advocating for sales needs and driving impactful campaigns.
  • Define and own KPIs and reporting metrics, cadence, and insights to ensure marketing is optimizing campaign impact, can iterate/course correct quickly, and the leadership team can make effective business decisions based on data.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to effectively position our solutions and offerings, providing unique value propositions to new and existing customers while differentiating the company from competitors.
  • Drive targeted outbound campaign initiatives that generate new broker demand, collaborating closely with Inside Sales team members to ensure a seamless and effective lead-generation process.
  • Manage and mature our marketing operations function, including data & analytics, marketing automation, and marketing attribution to continuously improve core marketing processes and best practices and ensure our MarTech stack is optimized to deliver outstanding business results.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership and sales operations on programmatic lifecycle marketing, keeping brokers and businesses engaged and we drive renewal business and open opportunities (quotes).
  • Collaborate with the data and analytics team to leverage customer insights and data-driven decision-making to optimize demand generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on marketing performance to stakeholders across marketing, sales, and revenue operations, ensuring alignment and enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Drive executive reporting cadence, delivering comprehensive insights on campaign and channel performance, as well as pipeline growth, showcasing the value generated by demand generation efforts.
  • Continuously evaluate campaign performance and ROI, adapting demand tactics and strategies to optimize budget allocation and maximize results.
  • Explore emerging channels and technologies, including AI and marketing automation solutions, to drive customer engagement and maintain Coalition’s position as an industry leader.
