Requirements
- 10+ years of work experience.
- Proven success delivering AI, RPA, or automation projects at scale.
- Expertise with AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, OpenAI, AWS AI), workflow tools (e.g., Power Automate, UiPath), or custom APIs.
- Ability to work independently, influence cross-functional teams, and drive results without direct authority.
- Proven ability to translate complex process challenges into innovative, scalable AI solutions that align with organizational priorities.
- Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including C-suite executives and clinical leaders.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of AI-driven solutions to optimize healthcare processes, such as claims processing, patient care coordination, pharmacy operations, and supply chain management.
- Identify and analyze complex process challenges within CVS Health’s operations, defining requirements for AI interventions to enhance efficiency and scalability.
- Design, prototype, and deploy intelligent systems using generative AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics.
- Develop and test AI solution prototypes, ensuring alignment with healthcare regulations, data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA), and business objectives.
- Lead the strategic roadmap for AI process optimization projects from concept to production.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into CVS Health’s existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact on operational performance.
- Partner with senior leadership, clinical teams, IT, and external vendors to align AI solutions with CVS Health’s strategic goals and patient-centric mission.
- Stay ahead of AI and healthcare technology trends, recommending cutting-edge approaches to address emerging process challenges.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of deployed AI solutions, using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and long-term value.
- Create comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, and executive-level reports to communicate outcomes and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs, success metrics, and feedback loops for continuous improvement.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and ethical AI innovation within CVS Health.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience designing AI solutions for healthcare settings such as pharmacies, health insurance, or clinical workflows.
- Background in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) applied to healthcare.
