Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in a similar role involving IT asset management and lifecycle tracking.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITAM and CMDB, with a focus on hardware asset data management.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data.
- Willingness to support partner teams as needed.
- Ability to effectively manage communications from shared mailboxes.
Responsibilities
- Manage workspace assets from receipt to final disposal, ensuring accurate tracking throughout their lifecycle.
- Use ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) and CMDB to update and maintain asset records, going beyond basic ticketing to fully manage hardware data.
- Collaborate closely with partner teams to understand asset-related asks and ensure smooth operations.
- Work from shared mailboxes to process asset updates, coordinate project requests, and resolve discrepancies in asset records.
- Prepare and interpret complex data, including generating reports as needed, with the potential to leverage Power BI for deeper insights in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
- Power BI experience is preferred but not required.
- ITIL certification is a bonus but not required.
