Requirements
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 14 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; OR a Master’s degree in a (STEM) discipline from an accredited university AND 12 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering; or a Ph.D. (STEM) AND 9 years of related professional/military experience in Engineering.
- Your ability to transfer and maintain the final adjudicated government Secret clearance, and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company
- Experience in technical leadership for RF/EW systems, focused on successfully delivering systems to customer(s)
- Experience in RF/EW applications, including model development/application in Matlab, Python, and/or C/C++, tracking, algorithm integration and development
- Experience in RF, ES and/or EA applications
- Experience in developing and implementing EW systems.
Responsibilities
- Frequently collaborate with technical leadership on system requirements generation and associated flow down, subsystem design/analysis, and subsystem performance verification including lab and flight testing.
- Support any stage of the aircraft system life cycle activity such as preliminary design studies, primary design analysis, and integrated system design analysis.
- Create analysis products supporting fielding of the system, airworthiness activity, and testing of the system.
- Will coordinate and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure robust and maintainable configurations are produced.
- Attend internal program, customer and/or supplier technical exchange meetings and/or formal program milestone reviews to provide and/or obtain progress status updates.
