Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management
- 7 years’ experience in product management or related area
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product roadmap, balancing short-term and long-term objectives
- Develop a clear product strategy aligned with company goals
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate business and member needs into actionable product plans and solutions
- Evaluate product performance using key KPIs and metrics
- Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging data and machine learning to drive creative solutions
- Utilize your deep knowledge of merchandising to ensure product solutions align with merchandising strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience as a product manager
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences
- Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices
