Requirements
- Minimum of 2–3 years of B2B AE sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding million-dollar sales goals.
- Proven experience targeting and presenting to C-suite executives and senior-level decision makers.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry and its enterprise organizations.
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesloft, HubSpot, Zendesk, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) and sales enablement tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, result-driven environment.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to expand FIGS’ customer base in the healthcare sector.
- Target and engage C-suite executives and other key decision-makers to drive high-value contracts and strategic partnerships.
- Design and execute innovative lead generation strategies to identify high-potential prospects.
- Proactively prospect and network to develop a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, create long-term partnerships and increase conversion rates.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer retention and lifetime value.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experience and drive repeat business.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM pipeline, managing deals from initial contact through to close.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets, including million-dollar revenue goals, by leveraging effective outreach and sales tactics.
- Deliver compelling presentations to C-suite executives and other senior stakeholders, articulating the value of FIGS products and solutions.
- Analyze customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs while achieving company objectives.
- Become a product expert, understanding embroidery logo and inventory process.
- Support customer onboarding to the TEAMS ordering experiences.
- Manage ongoing account needs, including returns, replacements, and continued orders.
- Maintain regular contact to identify expansion opportunities and promote recurring orders.
