Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Software Solution Consulting AND/OR managing technology platforms
- 4+ years’ experience presenting to technical, business, and executive audiences both in-person and virtual
- 7+ years of experience in AI, Enterprise Architecture, Enterprise Software Solution Consulting AND/OR managing technology platforms (for Principal position)
- 5+ years’ experience presenting to technical, business, and executive audiences both in-person and virtually (for Principal position)
Responsibilities
- Spearheading strategic, complex, platform opportunities that address the unique needs of our customers with emphasis on AI.
- Architecting and implementing comprehensive solution strategies, deployment approaches, and personalized customer results
- Providing expert guidance to sales and deal teams on solution strategy, fostering a collaborative approach to co-development
- Identifying and analyzing key systems, dependencies, and integration points within the overall solution landscape, developing detailed solution maps
- Collaborating across functional groups (Value Management, Services, Customer Success Management) to cultivate long-term, sustainable relationships with key customers
- Partnering with Solution Consultants and Enterprise Architects to build compelling PoVs and demo assets
- Demonstrating the progressive value of our solutions to C-level executives, showcasing tangible business impact
- Championing the development of scalable and replicable tools, techniques, and approaches across the Solution Consulting organization
