Requirements
- High school diploma (or GED).
- Minimum of five (5) years related experience.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable MVR.
- Ability to pass a respiratory fit test, if applicable to route/location.
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
Responsibilities
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in production, cost efficiencies, and/or problem areas (i.e., parted rods, electrical issues, chemical use, etc.) and takes necessary action to resolve.
- Oversees company and contract lease operators by managing schedules and routes to ensure proper coverage.
- Monitors system pressures on wells, flow lines, gas and oil sales, shipping lines, and saltwater transfer lines.
- Monitors alarms and production through XSPOC and Cygnet.
- Codes and approves invoices in Open Invoice accurately and in a timely manner.
- Reviews oil, gas, and water production in Evin and Carte.
- Completes and enters daily WellView and Siteview reports.
- Develops and maintains positive relationships with government officials, landowners, and third-party contractors.
- Other duties as assigned.
