Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 5 years of practical work experience in the field including some combination of the following skills: MIG, TIG, stick and flux-cored welding processes, Oxy-acetylene torch work, Plasma cutting, Brazing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient and empathetic approach to teaching
