Requirements
- BA/BS degree required
- 1–3 years of experience; familiarity with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or internal support roles is a plus
- Exceptional communication skills; professionalism and tact when pushing back on lower priority or out-of-scope items
- Ability to work in a fast paced working environment
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a self-starter attitude
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests at once
- Eagerness to learn complex systems and concepts quickly
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with excellent attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for inbound requests (“cases”) from Sales and Customer Success
- Investigate requests that range from user questions to data discrepancies, system bugs, or quote creation challenges
- Use strong analytical and critical thinking skills to determine root causes, distinguish user errors from system issues, and identify when requests should be escalated
- Balance multiple cases at once and determine how to prioritize effectively
- Learn and maintain deep knowledge of our Salesforce environment, quoting flows, pricing models, contract structure, and product offerings to ensure accurate case resolution
- Host regular virtual “office hours” to support the revenue team, requiring clear and confident verbal communication
- Help maintain high data quality standards across Salesforce and support with the creation and distribution of reports and dashboards
- Contribute to process documentation, support training efforts, and help ensure that the sales team understands and follows established workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, or internal support roles is a plus
- Salesforce (CPQ a plus!)
