- Ensures associates are prepared for quality service
- Ensures proper staffing for customer traffic
- Shifts associates to high traffic areas
- Manages associate response to call buttons
- Validates cleanliness and safety of aisles
- Hands off shift observations to next MOD
- Funnels non-MOD activities to appropriate leaders
