Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a fast-paced setting or similar Customer Service or Partner Success environment directly managing multiple, cross-functional programs.
  • Experience leading and coordinating product, merchandising, and operations relationships.
  • Proficient in using project management software tools (Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, JIRA, Oracle CRM, etc.) to lead and optimize process workflows, including maintenance of key project details and data points.
  • Proven ability to use analytical, innovative, and quick-on-your-feet thinking to adapt workback plans while still delivering on time.
  • Demonstrated track record of gaining trust and respect by consistently illustrating sound critical thinking skills and maintaining composure in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent attention to detail, effective negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Great teammate, passionate about motivating and/or mentoring Team Members, encouraging a positive team environment and culture.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Learning and Development, Operations, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Develop process and KPIs for collecting feedback, identifying solutions, and launching process improvements across the end-to-end business development and new assortment onboarding.
  • Develop an Assortment Ops program roadmap that ensures we are prioritizing speed to market goals and onboarding new SKUs efficiently.
  • Develop multiple mechanisms to scale speed to marketing including (but not limited to) WBR reporting, weekly new item onboarding, etc.
