Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Enablement experience. Experience in a sales role is preferred; experience in a hyper-growth environment is desirable.
- Experience delivering training and presenting to a GTM audience both face to face and virtually. Deep understanding of sales best practices, GTM processes, and Enterprise SaaS sales.
- Experience with sales methodologies and ideally delivering training to support the methodologies adoption by GTM teams. Force Management and MEDICC/MEDDPICC is preferred.
- Posses strong presentation and communication skills, to be used in delivery of training and in close collaboration with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in content management & learning management platforms.
- Skilled in multitasking, prioritization, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to analyze, design, and implement solutions to address gaps in knowledge or performance.
- Ability to summarize and communicate information of complexity to peers and immediate team members.
- Demonstrates willingness to collaborate with team members and seek feedback from managers and senior colleagues.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, as required for event execution.
- Ability to perform physical tasks related to event setup and execution, including standing for extended periods, lifting and moving equipment, and working in diverse event environments.
Responsibilities
- Leading onboarding and enablement programs that surface and share best practices for enterprise and global account-focused sales teams.
- Building scalable enablement content and programs and measure the impact on key sales metrics.
- Gathering feedback from the sales team and leaders on a regular basis to constantly improve supporting programs.
- Delivering programs related to Snyk’s methodology and help infuse it into sales skills programs, training, and cross functional projects.
- Creating live, written, and course content to onboard, educate the sales team, and advance deals.
