Over 10 years of software engineering experience with at least 4 years of experience managing software teams
Proven track record of managing high performance teams, delivering highly scalable engineering products and platforms
Strong technical skills with ability to roll up the sleeves to code when needed
Excellent system design skills with experience in designing distributed systems, microservices and high volume global transactional systems
Experience collaborating with cross functional teams and strong ability handling conflicting priorities of business and engineering
Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate with the team and upwards

Lead the subscription engineering teams building our next gen subscriptions platform
Collaborate closely with product and other cross-functional partners to define product roadmap, tech strategy, and goals

Understand and balance team’s goals between business deliverables, short term and long term engineering needs
