Requirements
- Minimum of 12 years in product development and leadership, including leading a PMO for a complex product portfolio of a $1B+ business.
- Undergraduate degree in engineering or a related field; an advanced degree is advantageous.
- Demonstrated effective collaboration with various partners, including the clinical community.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain talent, with a strong focus on coaching and mentorship.
Responsibilities
- Oversee projects from idea to market and through the product lifecycle management.
- Maintain discipline and track execution through regular reporting and cadenced leadership meetings.
- Strategically manage the R&D portfolio prioritizing in partnership with platform leaders both resources and projects.
- Prepare for strategic reviews and other high level leadership meetings.
- Allocate resources effectively ensuring both teams and projects have the adequate support from the PMO organization.
- Manage program/project finances, while helping to support the MDS R&D budget planning, forecasting and management activities.
- Ensure compliance with GPDS processes.
- Partner with the innovation function for advanced development execution.
