Requirements
- 2+ years of previous administrative or customer service experience
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Acting as central point of contact for Partners
- Completing a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars, booking business travel, organizing video conferences, processing expense reports and vendor invoices, and maintaining CRM data
- Delivering a positive service experience to clients and building trusted relationships
- Developing a knowledge base of projects, key clients, and internal support functions to support Partners’ goals and objectives
- Building productive relationships with colleagues and providing back-up coverage as needed
- Conveying clear written and verbal messages and actively listening to others
- Attending trainings and firm events and responding to feedback
