Requirements

  • 2+ years of previous administrative or customer service experience
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

  • Acting as central point of contact for Partners
  • Completing a variety of administrative tasks including managing calendars, booking business travel, organizing video conferences, processing expense reports and vendor invoices, and maintaining CRM data
  • Delivering a positive service experience to clients and building trusted relationships
  • Developing a knowledge base of projects, key clients, and internal support functions to support Partners’ goals and objectives
  • Building productive relationships with colleagues and providing back-up coverage as needed
  • Conveying clear written and verbal messages and actively listening to others
  • Attending trainings and firm events and responding to feedback
