Requirements
- Must have private dedicated office space that is in direct proximity of router to hard wire into.
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and customer service experience is a plus.
- Exceptional phone etiquette with a pleasant and engaging demeanor.
- Demonstrated excellence in customer service and communication skills.
- Strong listening skills with the ability to accurately record and address customer needs.
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers to schedule service appointments, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries to accurately determine their service needs and schedule appointments accordingly.
- Utilize the myKaarma scheduling system to book service appointments.
- Place reminder calls to customers about upcoming appointments and follow up post-service to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership staff.
- Consistently deliver premium-brand customer service, aiming to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
