Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in operations, product management, or related fields—bonus points if you’ve worked in both Product and Operations
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational problems through systems thinking and technology
- Strong project management skills with a track record of launching initiatives from concept to execution
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Technology-oriented and data-savvy, identifying how technology can be used to solve real-world problems
- Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure in unstructured environments
Responsibilities
- Design automation: Lead the roadmap for automating workflows like benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and other payer interactions
- Deploy new capabilities across thousands of payors and providers
- Build scalable systems that make our operations more intelligent, efficient, and data-driven and develop a deep understanding of healthcare insurance processes to identify opportunities for further optimization
- Own outcomes and act as the connective tissue between Ops and Product
- Transform on-the-ground friction into roadmap clarity and technical execution
- Collaborate with engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements
- Pilot new initiatives, iterate quickly, and own the success of your work from ideation to execution
- Implement metrics and tracking systems to measure operational efficiency
- Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Create feedback loops that continuously enhance our operations
- Establish best practices and documentation for operational processes
