Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in operations, product management, or related fields—bonus points if you’ve worked in both Product and Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex operational problems through systems thinking and technology
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of launching initiatives from concept to execution
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
  • Technology-oriented and data-savvy, identifying how technology can be used to solve real-world problems
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to create structure in unstructured environments

Responsibilities

  • Design automation: Lead the roadmap for automating workflows like benefit verifications, prior authorizations, and other payer interactions
  • Deploy new capabilities across thousands of payors and providers
  • Build scalable systems that make our operations more intelligent, efficient, and data-driven and develop a deep understanding of healthcare insurance processes to identify opportunities for further optimization
  • Own outcomes and act as the connective tissue between Ops and Product
  • Transform on-the-ground friction into roadmap clarity and technical execution
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to translate operational needs into technical requirements
  • Pilot new initiatives, iterate quickly, and own the success of your work from ideation to execution
  • Implement metrics and tracking systems to measure operational efficiency
  • Analyze workflow data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
  • Create feedback loops that continuously enhance our operations
  • Establish best practices and documentation for operational processes
