Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Ability to travel locally 10% of time

Responsibilities

  • Assist HRBPs and CoEs leaders at a local level to bring value and support to the business through: Performance management, Coaching, Corrective action issues, Team building, Employee development, Compliance programs, University relations programs/activities
  • Provide feedback to leaders, COE partners and HR Services to assist those functions to deliver continuous improvement and consistency to all employees.
  • Support with program launches and special projects
  • Deliver HR training activities provided by the COEs or HR Services to managers and employees.
  • Collect required data for local activities when needed: Tax audit, investigation, invoice data entry, legal review, EHS, compensation guidance, represent company in employee dispute
  • Assist HRG colleagues, with input from hiring manager, in voluntary terminations and reductions in force.
  • Ensure, when site specific, all local policies and procedures are up to date according to local legal requirements.
  • Customer-facing role, delivering HR value across a globally dispersed team
  • Help to promote a positive and engaging work environment by maintaining open communications and engage with Inclusion priorities.
  • Provide local support for corporate programs, such as engagement and inclusion programs, global voices (employee survey) and action planning.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typically requires 3 years of broad, HR Generalist experience
  • PHR or SPHR certification
  • Theoretical knowledge support programs within HR functional programs including execution of performance management, coaching, corrective action issues, team building, employee development, compliance projects and facilitation
