Responsibilities
- Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members
- Processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
- Encourages membership renewals and participates in sales and marketing events
- Completes and maintains marketing recaps and other required documentation
- Makes efforts to meet membership goals and promotes the value of Sam’s Club products and services
- Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures
- Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs
- Assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
- Resolves member issues and concerns
- Promotes Sam’s Club products and services
- Provides guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology
- Processes member purchases and assists members with payments according to company policies and procedures
- Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources
Preferred Qualifications
- Customer Service
- Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register)
- Working with mobile retail applications
