Responsibilities

  • Communicates and supports membership by providing information on membership types, programs, and benefits to current and prospective members
  • Processes memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts
  • Encourages membership renewals and participates in sales and marketing events
  • Completes and maintains marketing recaps and other required documentation
  • Makes efforts to meet membership goals and promotes the value of Sam’s Club products and services
  • Ensures area of responsibility is maintained in accordance with Company policies and procedures
  • Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs
  • Assists members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise
  • Resolves member issues and concerns
  • Promotes Sam’s Club products and services
  • Provides guidance and support to members regarding member self-service technology
  • Processes member purchases and assists members with payments according to company policies and procedures
  • Completes work assignments and priorities by using policies, data, and resources

  • Retail experience including operating front end equipment (for example, cash register)
  • Working with mobile retail applications
