Requirements
- 5+ years of applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge as a business analyst, with 2+ years focused in retail software/industry
- ERP industry experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, product managers, and developers to gather product requirements, writing business and customer requirements, including scope, priorities, and acceptance criteria.
- Document business and technical requirements, working with multiple teams to prioritize and validate features, completing validation of the product at the end of the development cycle.
- Discover complex problems and requirements, designing solutions, answering questions from the development team about features and requirements, and collaborating with the product management team as required.
- Present demonstrations of finished work to customers, performing demonstrations of sprint reviews, and acting as a mentor for other team members.
- Work on projects of greater complexity and uncertainty, building out project plans, priorities, and timelines for product leadership.
- Review and negotiate priorities with product management, identifying new scope as a result of demonstrations, and prioritizing and completing impact analysis of scope changes.
- Work with 1-3 scrum teams.
