Requirements

  • Deep knowledge of supply-side media analytics including campaign measurement and inventory performance optimization. Retail Media and/or eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with marketplace, auction mechanics, audience targeting, and ad technology solutions.
  • Expertise in querying and visualizing large datasets using SQL and data visualization tools.
  • Experience building data pipelines, defining and implementing business KPIs, and producing client-facing dashboards.
  • Strong business intuition and a proactive, action-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills, with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
  • A deep understanding of both business strategy and the technical intricacies of analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud data warehouses such as Redshift, GBQ, or Snowflake; experience with dbt is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the media platform.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the measurement and analysis framework for strategic initiatives.
  • Develop internal and external dashboards and client reporting.
  • Measure ad effectiveness and conduct pricing, benchmarking, and customer segmentation analyses.
  • Build production-grade data pipelines and dashboards that drive real-time insights.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail Media and/or eCommerce experience is a plus.
  • Experience with dbt is a plus.
