Overview 

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Employee Marketing Manager to lead and scale our internal employee engagement programs. This role is essential in driving workplace culture through internal communications, events, corporate social responsibility initiatives, office activations, and talent organization support. The ideal candidate has experience in internal marketing or communications and a proven ability to develop and execute programs that enhance employee experience and engagement. 

This role requires strong cross-functional collaboration with talent, leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company goals. The right candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

Strategic Program Development 

  • Design and implement scalable employee marketing programs that enhance culture and engagement programs. 

  • Develop internal communication strategies that align employees with company goals and values. 

  • Partner with talent and leadership to integrate marketing into broader talent and culture initiatives. 

Cross-Team Collaboration & Execution 

  • Act as the key liaison between marketing, talent, and leadership to align initiatives with company objectives. 

  • Plan and execute internal events, office activations, company recognition/award programs and engagement initiatives. 

  • Ability to work alongside team on culture content and employee marketing promotions. 

  • Manage corporate social responsibility programs, including Blend Giving Foundation. 

  • Promote internal recognition programs and employer branding efforts. 

  • Collaborate and knowledge share with consultant community programs. 

Performance Measurement & Insights 

  • Establish KPIs to measure the impact of employee marketing programs. 

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You Bring 

  • 4+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or marketing. 

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Experience collaborating with talent, leadership, and cross-functional teams. 

  • Experience managing marketing programs, promotions and event coordination. 

  • Passion for company culture, engagement, and creating a positive workplace experience.
