Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience, including a minimum of 2 years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Exceptional organizational/project management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Commercial P&C insurance experience, preferably with small businesses
- Client focus, preferably with experience in a client-facing role
- Ability to synthesize information and communicate effectively to a broad range of audiences
Responsibilities
- Manage large programs serving a client or client segment to achieve business outcomes, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and high client satisfaction.
- Actively manage project plans, risks, and issues, and effectively triage and solve problems to ensure timely project completion.
- Collaborate with other organizational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions for project success.
- Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, project teams, third-party providers, and clients to facilitate project progress.
- Provide technical support and input on project proposals and research best practice standards for recommendations.
