Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and visually stunning designs for digital and print media, including websites, social media, marketing materials, tradeshows, and advertisements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including communications, marketing, and product, to create cohesive and impactful designs.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and timelines.
- Maintain and evolve the company’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Contribute to the development of brand strategies and campaigns through creative input and design expertise.
- Review and refine designs to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with project objectives.
- Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas and designs effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.
