Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or a similar industry or experience with business operations in a high-growth company
- Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
- Comfort working in a high growth, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities
- Identify, triage, and drive the strategic thinking on key questions, issues, and roadblocks facing the Non-fleet Program
- Conduct quantitative research and analysis that results in compelling takeaways and recommendations for our leadership team
- Take end-to-end ownership of critical operational processes, turning strategy into reality
- Help develop and track critical operating metrics for the Non-fleet Program and communicate actionable insights to relevant stakeholders
