Requirements

  • Proven experience in a digital performance role, with a strong focus on retail and e-commerce.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital performance strategies for retail and e-commerce clients.
  • Optimize digital marketing channels including PPC, display, social media, and affiliate marketing to drive sales and increase customer acquisition.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead the media team in executing multi-channel digital campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of performance media initiatives, driving results aligned with client goals and being accountable for outcomes.
  • Manage client relationships, presenting performance reports, and strategy updates.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in feed management across Google and Meta is not required but highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with tools such as DataFeedWatch, Google Merchant Center, Meta Commerce Manager, and reporting platforms like Looker Studio is a strong asset.
