Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or economics preferred.
- Brokerage experience in the banking industry.
- 5+ years of business-related experience.
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, 66 and appropriate state licenses.
- Prior brokerage industry experience (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent client service within investment industry.
- Strong knowledge of the securities business, investment products and financial solutions.
- Proven experience in building strong internal and external client relationships.
- Strong sales and presentation skills.
- Must be proficient in basic software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with the Bank’s internal applications is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manages a book of Private Bank clients with securities products in their suite of products.
- Ensure that all assigned trading transactions are executed in a timely and accurate manner, all documentation is maintained to standards and complies with federal and internal compliance regulations and guidelines.
- Provides administrative functions and account maintenance.
- Partner with PB One Bank partners (WMAs) to retain clients and deepen client relationships.
- Provides licensed securities responsibilities including trading, client reviews, client information, and proactively communicating with clients and members of the team around account management.
- Delivers exceptional client service while achieving service level agreements and working within risk framework; Maintain close contact with clients in collaboration with WMAs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance or economics preferred.
