Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 3+ years of channel experience, with a proven base of contacts within the channel partner ecosystem.
- Experience onboarding and enabling channel partners, with a track record of helping them achieve measurable success.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple partner relationships simultaneously.
- In-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions and SaaS business models.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute partner recruitment strategies within your assigned territory to rapidly expand Coro’s channel network and drive market penetration.
- Cultivate and nurture long-term, strategic partnerships with both new and existing regional partners, ensuring they remain engaged, productive, and continuously aligned with Coro’s growth objectives.
- Act as the primary relationship manager, delivering proactive communication, support, and consistent engagement to ensure partners are empowered to drive revenue growth.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners by coordinating with Coro’s internal teams to ensure partners receive the resources, tools, and go-to-market strategies needed to drive revenue growth and business scalability.
- Act as a central point of contact, ensuring partners are equipped with targeted enablement resources, such as product overviews, advanced sales strategies, and tools to confidently sell Coro’s solutions.
- Ensure continuous enablement by monitoring partner progress, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver ongoing support and training to enhance partner performance and sales contribution.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and check-ins with partners to identify areas for revenue growth, address challenges, and align on strategies to maximize mutual success.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering actionable insights, resources, and guidance to help partners achieve both short-term sales goals and long-term growth objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate challenges, resolve issues, and drive innovative solutions that unlock new revenue opportunities and market expansion for both Coro and the partner network.
