Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8 years’ experience
  • 2 years of experience as a Sales Engineer or similar role in the SaaS industry
  • Up to 30% travel
  • 3 years expertise in different Azure or other cloud services, particularly focused on data mapping, systems integrations, and understanding of APIs
  • 3 years in designing, building, and managing data pipelines
  • Solid programming skills in Python and SQL
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • No immigration sponsorship available for this position

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support for a new Digital SaaS product throughout the sales process
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing how the product meets customer requirements
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their existing data structures, perform detailed data mapping, and ensure seamless integration with our product to support successful implementation
  • Serve as the technical liaison between the sales team, product development, and customers, ensuring accurate communication of product capabilities and limitations
  • Support the sales team in responding to RFPs and technical questions, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Stay informed about product updates, new features, and industry trends to effectively communicate these to customers
  • Assist in the development of sales strategies by providing insights into technical feasibility and customer needs
