Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, or Computer-related field and/or a minimum of 2 years of experience involving corporate SFTP systems and processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in enterprise-class SFTP applications is required; experience administering Fortra GoAnywhere is highly preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing IT application projects is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience administering Windows Server 2016+ is required.
- Extensive experience with configuring and diagnosing Windows file/folder permissions is highly preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Web Services and/or Linux OS is highly preferred, specifically: AWS EC2, EBS storage, and security groups.
Responsibilities
- Provides user and system support for SFTP applications and other data transfer services, including associated workflows, schedules, deployments, and configurations with meaningful use outcomes.
- Provides technical and operational problem-solving support to internal users and clients.
- Acts as a subject matter expert for data transfer projects.
- Trains and educates internal users on designing, implementing, and troubleshooting file transfer automation using application and operating system tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience administering Fortra GoAnywhere is highly preferred.
- Extensive experience with configuring and diagnosing Windows file/folder permissions is highly preferred.
