Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong customer-centric, sales, or operations experience, with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
- Ability to effectively present and demonstrate solutions, negotiate, and solve problems.
- Proficiency with the Internet, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and preferably, previous Salesforce experience.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage change.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with cancellations, credits, rate reductions, and handle retention and renewal activities.
- Act as a relationship manager for the sales team, supporting accounts and resolving customer issues through multiple support channels.
- Develop and maintain programs to reduce customer churn, increase retention, and report customer feedback to key partners.
- Analyze revenue reduction activities, recommend process improvements, and document best practices.
