Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on market trends, competitor activity and innovation pipeline data to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in the planning, logistics and execution of internal and external events
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing campaigns, including digital, email and content-based initiatives
- Support the creation of marketing assets, such as PowerPoint presentations, brochures, email templates and newsletters
- Collaborate with marketing team members and stakeholders on brand storytelling and audience engagement strategies
- Participate in web content management and digital publishing efforts
- Help monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics to inform continuous improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Actively pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (graduation date of Dec 2025 or May 2026 preferred)
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to tailor tone for different audiences
- Comfort with drafting, editing and scheduling professional content on LinkedIn
- Familiarity with using Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and interest in applying them to marketing workflows
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with other Microsoft apps, such as Teams, List, OneNote and SharePoint a plus
- Understanding of digital marketing strategy and tactics
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities
- Professional demeanor and experience (or readiness) for presenting ideas in a business setting
- Availability for 40 weekly hours/12 weeks, including occasional evening/weekend hours based on team needs
- Exposure to graphic design or video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
