Requirements
- Unrestrictive Illinois license prior to start
- Board Certified or Board Eligibility
- Clinical doctorate is required
- Competence in delivery of healthcare services for adolescents, adults and geriatric patients is required
- Licensed physician in the state of practice is required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) is required
- Maintain a Controlled Substance license for the state and Federal DEA, when applicable to their specialty
- Must have successfully completed, or in the process of completing, an accredited residency program
- Must be board certified or board eligible.
Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday weekly schedule
- Rotating call
- EPIC EMR
- High Volume coronary intervention procedures
- Cardiac imaging – Cardiac CT, Cardiac MRI, Echo, Nuclear Cardiac Imaging, and Vascular Imaging
- Participation in an established structural heart procedures involving complex TEE
- 2.5 days per month General Cardiology call at HSHS St. John’s Hospital
