Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience in ALM, capital strategy, finance, or investments.
- Required education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
- FSA or equivalent international actuarial designation required.
- Preferred additional designations such as CFA, PRM, or CERA.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of senior professionals and play a key leadership role in shaping enterprise investment and capital strategy.
- Optimize ALM, capital efficiency, liquidity risk, and cash flow management.
- Provide investment advice and hedging recommendations.
- Contribute to group-level strategy development and provide thought leadership on enterprise initiatives.
- Influence executive stakeholders to support strategic direction.
- Develop and maintain strategic asset allocation frameworks that support capital needs and enterprise risk tolerance.
- Guide cross-functional collaboration to integrate economic capital concepts into enterprise capital and risk practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Preferred additional designations such as CFA, PRM, or CERA.
