Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business operations
- Skilled with Excel, Smartsheet, Sigma, Power BI, Tableau, Salesforce, D365 or similar tools; SQL, Python, and experience leveraging LLMs or ChatGPT a plus
- Track record of turning messy, multi-source data into clear, business-ready answers
- Ability to juggle quick-turn requests while steering longer-term projects to the finish line

Responsibilities
- Aggregate, clean, and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Build and maintain executive-ready dashboards in Sigma, Power BI, Smartsheet, etc.—leveraging AI to automate workflows and improve our day-to-day operations.
- Turn vague requests into clear, business-ready answers—and uncover insights stakeholders didn’t know to ask for.
- Map data workflows, document user needs, and drive tool enhancements from scoping to rollout.
- Track milestones for process and system improvements; keep projects on time and cross-functional stakeholders in the loop.
- Own and lead process-improvement and efficiency projects outside of reporting and dashboards.
- Run validations and audits to keep metrics accurate and trusted.
- Trace data issues to their upstream source and document and recommend fixes that prevent repeat problems.
- Support governance efforts to maintain reliable, scalable data structures and usage standards.
- Partner with stakeholders across Axon including Commercial Operations, IT, Finance, Customer Success, and Sales.
- Adapt quickly to new priorities, tools, and data sources, keeping projects moving and navigating challenges.
- Tackle ad-hoc requests, navigate ambiguity, and pinpoint the real business need to drive results.
