Requirements
- 1+ years experience in SAP Finance system
- 1+ years experience in Microsoft Office
- Strong Excel skills
- Customer/Client management experience
- 2-3 years work experience
- PBM knowledge
Responsibilities
- Pharmacy 835/remit set up
- Remittance review and reconciliation
- Audit support (reports, gathering support and responding to urgent time bound requests)
- Prompt pay rules and requirements
- AR/AP, Collections/follow-up efforts
- Processing mail and returned mail to encourage pharmacy to electronic process
- Ongoing financial support to operations through budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
- Communicating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, under close supervision
- Assisting in special ad hoc projects for financial summarizations and presentation opportunities
- Business activities may require Analyst to report to the office to meet needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- PBM experience
- Experience with RxClaim or AS400
- Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
