Financial Operation Analyst – Pharmacy Payments

Requirements

• 1+ years experience in SAP Finance system
• 1+ years experience in Microsoft Office
• Strong Excel skills
• Customer/Client management experience
• 2-3 years work experience
• PBM knowledge

Responsibilities

• Pharmacy 835/remit set up
• Remittance review and reconciliation
• Audit support (reports, gathering support and responding to urgent time bound requests)
• Prompt pay rules and requirements
• AR/AP, Collections/follow-up efforts
• Processing mail and returned mail to encourage pharmacy to electronic process
• Ongoing financial support to operations through budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Communicating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and internal policies, under close supervision
• Assisting in special ad hoc projects for financial summarizations and presentation opportunities
• Business activities may require Analyst to report to the office to meet needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce
• PBM experience
• Experience with RxClaim or AS400
• Basic awareness of problem solving and decision making skills
