Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Healthcare, Finance, Engineering or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a business analyst or similar role with focus on analytical work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SQL or similar database query languages
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and clearly convey complex information
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for process improvement across revenue operations
- Support the development and execution of project plans, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timely delivery
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Excel, Tableau) to enable self-service reporting and enhance transparency
- Translate quantitative and qualitative data into actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic initiatives
- Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations and reports that communicate key insights and project outcomes
- Track project outcomes and conduct post-implementation reviews to refine processes and improve results
- Conduct post-project evaluations to refine processes and enhance results
- Assess and improve business processes and workflows for greater efficiency and scalability
- Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication
- Contribute to long-term planning by identifying opportunities and risks across the business
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with revenue cycle, healthcare analytics, or operations
- Knowledge with system testing, validation, and UAT coordination
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean or Six Sigma)
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
