Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA or advanced degree is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in commercial operations and commercial operations leadership roles, with at least 10 years in the MedTech, healthcare, or digital health space, preferably in cardiovascular technology or imaging.
  • Extensive experience in optimizing and scaling Salesforce (CRM) infrastructure, with hands-on experience building out Salesforce capabilities and managing CRM systems across commercial functions (sales, marketing, client success, client services).
  • Proven track record of success in early-stage MedTech or digital health organizations that have scaled, ideally to the point of becoming publicly traded.
  • Experience supporting both U.S. and international commercial operations, with the ability to adapt processes and infrastructure for different regional needs.
  • Strong understanding of the operational, financial, and strategic challenges faced by companies transitioning from early-stage to publicly traded status.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CCO to support the execution of Cleerly’s overall commercial strategy, ensuring alignment and efficient execution across all commercial teams.
  • Oversee the operational implementation of Cleerly’s go-to-market efforts, including managing cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, client success, client services, and business development teams.
  • Ensure commercial operations are well-aligned with Cleerly’s product roadmap and overall growth strategy.
  • Take ownership of the Salesforce (CRM) platform, ensuring that it is optimized and used effectively across the organization.
  • Drive the implementation of new Salesforce capabilities, features, and integrations to support growth in sales, marketing, and client success functions.
  • Collaborate with IT, sales, marketing, client services, and client success teams to build out and maintain Salesforce infrastructure that enables seamless data flow, reporting, and customer relationship management.
  • Support the execution of international expansion efforts by aligning commercial operations with global market needs and building operational processes that scale across regions.
  • Identify, develop, and implement key processes and systems to improve efficiency, streamline operations, and enhance team collaboration.
  • Lead and mentor a small team of Commercial Operations professionals, including a Director of Commercial Operations and three Commercial Operations Analysts.
  • Partner with the sales, marketing, client success, client services, and IT teams to ensure alignment and optimize operational performance across the commercial organization.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage MedTech or digital health organizations that have scaled, ideally to the point of becoming publicly traded.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and optimize the commercial operations function.
