Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Track complex, high-impact initiatives, ensuring teams stay aligned with goals, within budget, and overcome challenges effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to set clear milestones and drive progress.
  • Oversee programs from initial concept through successful implementation, ensuring smooth execution, alignment, and continuous momentum throughout the process.
  • Serve as a key connector between teams, working closely with stakeholders across departments—including Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and UX—to align efforts, strengthen partnerships, and remove obstacles.
  • Deliver clear, actionable updates to various audiences, from development teams to senior leadership. Establish regular touchpoints and reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.
  • Define and track meaningful metrics to assess impact and progress. Facilitate regular reflection to identify successes, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee and optimize the contractor workflow, from request to delivery, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and adherence to high-quality standards.
